I wrote this article especially for my teenage daughter [Name omitted to protect and preserve her privacy as individual Citizen of the United States of America by birth].

I think it is an efficiency button metaphorically speaking to be able to have a set of individual personal habits which any body can develop, if they would like to if not innate, to achieve just about any kind of riches of life be it to reach revenue, income, education, and health goals for example. Napoleon Hill in his writings from the hundreds of highly successful American whom he was put in contact with by Andrew Carnegie, who incidentally donated much of his financial wealth to the creation of public libraries, lists and describes a list of twelve riches of life; they are outlined next.

The book Master key to Riches written by Napoleon Hill discloses to us all 12 riches of life (revised edition copyright 1965; pp. 15 to 26). As I am sure you can add others, these twelve are the ones he found in his interviews with hundreds of business leaders whom he was introduced to in the U.S.A. by the Scottish businessman who came to the USA penniless, Andrew Carnegie, and later on built the biggest empire in the steel industry who donated great wealth to many causes specially the start-up of libraries around the U.S.A:

A positive mental attitude.

Sound physical and mental health.

Harmony in human relationships.

Freedom from fear.

The hope of achievement.

The capacity for faith.

Willingness to share one's blessings.

A labor of love; in other words doing work you really enjoy doing to the point where it does not feel like work as in having and doing a job you dislike.

An open mind on all subjects. But be cautious; you want to guard your mind from “garbage.” There are things you want to keep away from entering your mind. And whatever you open your mind to, you ought to think about accurately and strategically. Accurately meaning you distinguish between facts, fiction and mere opinion. And from the facts you are able to determine which ones are important and which ones are not to consider with making a decision. Strategic in terms of is it safe; is it the shortest path to getting the results you would like to get. Sometimes although you might be accurately right about something, it is better to let it go for it would be the strategic thing to do toward achieving the result you want or the better result. You can also be strategic but not accurate and this may be too risky or problematic. Its minuses might out-weight its pluses.

Self Discipline.

The capacity to understand people. This involves the nine key emotions which I will address in a separate summary.

Economic security.
