Aside from the five fundamental of carrying out effective strategies, we find in the writing of Sun Tzu a great key to strategies implementation which corresponds to one of the riches listed by Napoleon Hill, namely, harmony in relationships and several of the key principles or habits listed by him such as accurate thinking, positive mental attitude, controlled enthusiasm, attractive personality and organized effort.

Sun Tzu believed that a complete and lasting triumph comes only through a sophisticated strategy. [Such a strategy is, he says,] one that acts persuasively on the mind of the opponent. Furthermore, he says brilliant leaders are able to bend (influence / change into a desired direction) the will (the desire or willingness to do something) of their opponents without ever engaging in conflict” (The Art of Strategy Copy right 1988 by Immedia, page 42).
