Good health remains and results from healthy habits. Healthy habits include eating healthy, eating balanced diet of foods, getting enough sleep, and exercising are aspects of developing good health habits. Equally important if not more important is the aspect of safe protected sex and foreplay, which monogamous sexual relationships would be a part of.

Avoiding enemies of good health is a good health habit act. For example, avoidance of contagious diseases, avoidance of people with contagious diseases, and protection against and avoidance of their bodily fluids; proper vaccination(s).

Family and life sex education early on is, to equip oneself and one's loved ones to practice and cultivate safe and healthy habits, super important.
